Are your tropical plants (e.g., anthuriums) genuine cultivars?
es! All our tropical plants (including anthuriums, crystallinum, etc.) come from professional certified tropical plant nurseries, and they are genuine horticultural cultivated varieties. We only cooperate with professional growers who value cultivar purity, ensuring the variety attribute of each plant is accurate. We also firmly reject low-quality tissue culture seedlings and mixed-variety plants.
How do you protect tropical plants during shipping?
We use plant-specific shipping packaging: ① Wrap the leaves with breathable moisture-retention film to avoid water loss; ② Fix the plant in a shock-absorbing foam box to prevent collision; ③ Add heat-insulating/cooling bags according to the local temperature (for extreme hot/cold areas) to maintain a suitable temperature range during transportation.
How long will my tropical plant order take to arrive (and stay fresh)?
It depends on where you are. US orders will take 6-12 business days to arrive.Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 6-20 days. In the future we will list the approximate time needed to get to each country.
Do you provide care guides for your tropical plants?
Yes! You can contact us to get the electronic care guide corresponding to your plant variety. The guide includes key tips like suitable light, watering frequency, temperature range, and common problem solutions.
What if my tropical plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours after receiving the package, and attach photos/videos of the plant’s status and the packaging. After we confirm the situation, we will provide solutions like free replacement of the plant or full refund (you don’t need to return the damaged plant).
